Our career coaching program aims to guide and empower healthcare professionals through a strategic process of self-assessment, skill development, and strategic planning. By the end of the program, participants will have gained clarity on their career goals, identified transferable skills, and acquired the tools necessary to navigate their transition with confidence.
Program Deliverables.
Upon completion of the program, you'll receive a customized career action plan outlining your short-term and long-term goals, an updated resume, an optimized LinkedIn profile, digital branding materials, enhanced networking skills, improved interview skills, and strategies for negotiating compensation and navigating job offers.

Client Exploration
We begin by focusing on collecting information from various ways to understand the client and their unique skills, goals, and situation. This includes self-assessments, skill gap analysis, and goal setting. We explore core values, interests, and passions to ensure they align with our clients career goals.
Career Path Research
After synthesizing the information we gathered and the insights gained in the exploration phase, we provide resources, online tools and databases, and other ways to guide the client to career path options to research. We guide the client to narrow their path and identify target opportunities and industries.
Professional Branding
We offer guidance, resources, and support to craft the right message, layouts, and professional branding. This may include resumes, LinkedIn profiles, branded websites or documents to display the clients unique value proposition. We will provide as much or as little hands-on support as the client desires.
Career Search Optimization
In pursuit of fulfilling the client’s next career move, we support them in developing a marketing strategy, which may include targeted networking, strategic conference attendance or professional groups to engage in, as well as understanding how best to promote oneself online and in an interview situation. We tailor the plan to the client's needs and wants while supporting them to leave the nest!
